Welcome to the September 12th edition of The Homeschool Mother’s Journal at NextGen Homeschool!
New this week at NextGen Homeschool…
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing snippets about a big addition to our homeschooling plans for this school year: Participating in Artios Academies, a once-a-week integrated academic and arts program for homeschoolers that just launched a new campus in our town this semester. I’m also homeschooling a high schooler for the first time! This week I’m explaining more about the Artios Academies program, why we felt drawn to it after several years of homeschooling without a formal co-op, and how this change is affecting our homeschool routine. See my complete post here.
My sister-in-law, NextGen Homeschool Author Rosanna Ward, celebrated a birthday this week! She decided it would be a good time to share about life after homeschool graduation for her two daughters, Hannah and Virginia, who both completed homeschooling at age 16. What happened next? See her complete post here.
