Why does NextGen Homeschool recommend you attend Marketplace?
As you may have read in previous posts, my sister-in-law Rosanna and I recently attended the complete Teach Them Diligently convention in Omaha this past May. We were blown away with the quality of speakers, the powerful message of the convention, and the homeschooling resources and tools that were made available. For more on what we experienced at Teach Them Diligently, see:

Living in Colorado, I came home wishing I could have brought many of my local homeschooling friends with me to Omaha. I was thrilled to find out that a Teach Them Diligently Marketplace would be coming to Colorado Springs (just 30 miles south of me) in August! I can’t wait to share the Marketplace experience with other Colorado homeschoolers!
Can we count on seeing you this summer?
All Teach Them Diligently events are produced for the purpose of supporting mission work abroad through the efforts of Worldwide Tentmakers (www.worldwidetentmakers.com.) We currently have works in Poland, the Far East, Scotland, and other areas around the world. We would love for you to join with us by attending our events!
I just bought my ticket 😉
Can’t wait to see you IRL! 🙂

So bummed they cancelled. I had bought my ticket, but I guess not enough people did. I missed the CHEC conference, but figured this would be good, too. I’ll wait until next year and see what happens. Thanks for encouraging us to get our tickets ordered and letting us know about homeschool helps!
I know, me too Lisa! However I know that the family who runs it has a lot of integrity and numbers were too low to even cover the cost of holding the events. One of the reasons I joined the blogging team is to help spread the word, they do such an amazing job and the speakers are fabulous! If they don’t come any closer than Dallas next year, I’m going to plan to attend that one.
